Hi!
While I was sleeping I let my Blackberry charge all night, as I usually do.
I got a few texts at around 4:30 AM, and I woke up because I heard my phone vibrating. Between the hours of 5 and 7 I went back to sleep.
When I woke up at 7, my Blackberry was off, and it wouldn't turn on. It just does nothing at all when I try to start it up. No lights, nothing on the screen, completely dead.
I'm confused because it's completely charged, and I was just using it a couple hours before this.
Help?

Have you tried popping the battery out and then back in?

yes! I've also had the battery sit out for a bit and then put it back in and still nothing. I'm going to my carrier to see if i can fix it.

Pearls, do this first, leave the device to charge several hours. Then, with the charger STILL connected, remove the battery for a minute, replace the battery and see what happens.

If it still won't reboot, or the (/) symbols appears onscreen with a battery image, keep it charging several more hours. You may need to let it charge 24 hours and reboot as I described above WITH the charger still connected.

I've seen this happen many times, the device has been severely drained.
