Default Lag time on 8520 blackberry

Please Login to Remove!
I am experiencing a delay in the time between entering my unlock password until the main screen appears does anyone know why this happens?

Has it just started? Have you tried a battery pull to see if that has any affect?

Well I have only recently noticed this occurring only a few weeks ago. The phone is only 1mth old.
Yes, I did the battery pull several times and even clearing the event log.

So now the phone is moving slower.....switching between screens is almost a 10-15sec delay time. HELP!!!
