I think I've seen that before with one or two of the email accounts I have even though the email was fine.
It's been a long time since I played with diagnostics. I just ran it to refresh my memory, and though I have 5 accounts including the carrier @tmo.blackberry.net account, only two of them show (and both are yes on connected). I ran it again, and same thing.
Bottom line, I'd say if you don't see any problem with sending and receiving email, don't worry about it.
EDIT: I ran it again, still just the two email accounts are tested and not all five, but this time one of the two is no on connection. Same opinion. If email is working don't worry about it.
