Ive got a data plan already but whenever i try to go on the internet/go on windows live messenger it wont work!

The internet says *unable to connect to the internet* and WLM just keeps signing in for ages.

But the weird thing is where it says EDGE/GPRS/GSM its in capitals and it says im connected to the blackberry network so what the hells up with my phone?

Can someone please help me?

Do you have a BB data plan or a generic smartphone plan?

Blackberry data plan.

The error message indicates that it isn't a BB dat plan, and that is why I asked.

Do a battery pull. Register using the Host Routing table. Resend service books.

If those steps fail, call your carrier and have them reactivate the Bb data plan on your device.
