I have a Blackberry Curve 8500 and have been trying to get it to see my Sony Ericsson Bluetooth earpiece.

I've tried several times but still no luck and can't find any information that might help.

Do you know anything that might help me out?

Is the BT earpiece in pairing mode? How old is it?

I've finally managed to get it working.

I had to hold down the 'Call Handling Key' until the light when to alternating between red and green. This didn't happen so I was instructed to hold both the volume keys down at once; that worked and the light alternated between red and green.

Once that happened the Blackberry could see the headset.
