Just said yes to the latest upgrade question. Shouldn't have ! Now my BB doesn't update anymore with my Outlook.

I synch with Outlook with custom folder settings. Got 2 BBs (mine and my wife's) synching with same calendar. None of them now synch.

Gives me an error popup "Intellisynch : unknown error reported". On mine, tried to configure settings, same result. Also on mine, reset settings and tried to reconfigure, same error.

I'm on WXP SP3 updated from SP2.

Desktop version is 6.0.1.18 (bundle 21, released 06/12/2010)

Both devices are 8520 Curve, software version 4.6.1.274 (mine) and 4.6.1.314 (my wife's).

Battery pull on the BB?

Thanks for the hint, from your few words I understood you said to pull the battery off the BB.

So I shut the BB down, pulled the battery, let it out for 20 seconds, inserted it back and the BB rebooted. It's the 2nd of 3rd time I do this in 2 years of having my BB.

No result at all. Just the same error at the same time.

I must also say that, in the meantime, te comuter had been rebooted, so it's not an incorrectly terminated install that lies waiting for post-reboot tasks.

I think I'll now uninstall the Desktop and reinstall it with my old version...

Issue is solved now. I entirely uninstalled my BBD and reinstalled it from scratch using the 601_b021_multilanguage.exe file downloaded from RIM.

I had to reconfigure synch from Outlook to both BBs, synch once to replace existing BB calendar, then synch a second time to ensure total synch. Then I reconfigured to bidirectionnal synch and synched alternatively both BBs to be sure everything is OK everywhere, until there was no modification anywhere.

So now everything is OK and both BB synch normally ! Thanks for the hints and answers...
