Default Mass Storage Mode Support

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All,

I have a new BB 8520 Curve.

I have been tring to put some music on to the phone but without success. My PC will not recognise the phone/media card as a drive.
I've been into the Options, Memory menu and the Mass Storage Mode Support is marked as "Off". There is a red triangle next to the word "off".
I can't change the setting to "on". When I press the menu to change it the only options I have are:-
Help
Remove Media Card
Format
Save
Switch Application
Close

Has anyone any ideas on how I can change the setting to "on".

Thanks

When you are trying to change it to on, is the BB plugged into the pc?

Is the device now (or was it previously) on a BES?

It will not change when connected to a PC or disconnected.

Motorcycle Mama

I'm new to BB's. I don't know what a BES is. The phone is brand new.

BTW what kind of bike do you ride?
