hello im lookin for some advise i created a app world account but when i go to log on my phone it just keeps saying loading and when i canel it, it says you havent agreed term and conditions help would be apreciated thanks

I think app world is flakey and you may have others issues with it. But the first troubleshooting step in weird situations is to do a hard reset. That is, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Then, after the BlackBerry reboots, try app world again.

If you still have trouble, I think your next step is to contact your carrier. They are first line support.
