Default Is there a way to not to show the new email icon alert?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi! I have a Curve 8520. I would like to set up an email account, but with no alerts: no sound, no vibration, and no icon too.

I did manage to eliminate sound and vibration, but the icon still shows.

Is it possible to remove that alert?

Thanks in advance!
