is it possible to get an application pushed onto my blackberry that i've lost inside my house?

i've found the application berry locator which when you email the phone it turns it off silent and makes alot of noise, which my phone is currently on silent so this app would be a major help

please help me as i'm really really stuck and lost without my phone

There's no way to do what you are asking, install the app without you (or someone) having hands on the BlackBerry. You must install the app and set it up before you lose the device.

Have you tried dialing the number and listening for the ring?

where i live i do not get a signal at all, yet my partner on same network gets a signal on a HTC Wildfire,

the phone is currently on silent too
