Can you help me,

i already using OS v.5 and i want to update to a newer version, after i delete it with JL cmnd, and try to reload the OS my desktop manager cant find the OS that i already installed, right now im using v.4, and already follow your way, but none work, if i use apploader the result always said that that there is no update for this device

There is no 8500. There is an 8520 and an 8530. Which do you have. No one calls it Gemini.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
You need a BB Data Plan to upgrade to OS5.

the same appears to bb 9700 vers 5 when i try to upgrade to os6

I had make an update but i got 1 problem. Sound problem, i can't hear any sound when using phonespeaker but i can hear song using earphone. Can someone give me the solution for this problem?
