Default 8520 how long does the browser history last?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Hope anyone can help with my questions and thanks in advance for taking the time.

I would like to know how long the browser keeps the browser history on a 8520. A friend of mine claimed the history only lasts for 4 days, but Ive seen other models of BB have weeks of history, can someone tell me if this is true? I was also told the SMS messages are regularly lost on a 8520?

Can someone confirm any of this please? If it is true how can a phone be so unreliable (tbh I do not believe what I have been told which is why I need a sanity check!)

Thanks for reading.

When your application memory gets to 0, the device starts deleting things to regain application memory so the device can run.

SMS and browser history are two of the things it deletes in that case.
