My Blackberry Curve 8520 has the screen frozen after I have tried to update one app. I tried all the methods to reset it:CTR+ALT+DEL, took the battery out, both the SIM and SD card. I have managed to restart it but then it has the same problem. The keyboard is blocked and I can't even access the menu and doesn't respond to any commands.

The error on the screen is : (application permissions , the application TWC standard is attempting to reset the security timer. Allow or deny)

See if you can boot in safe mode.

If so, then delete that app, then remove the battery for about 30 seconds.
