| Re: uncaught exception error Uncaught exceptions are hard to diagnose and correct. They are usually the result of an incompatible theme or app and/or corrupt files.
What did you do just before this happened?
Try a battery pull and see if that corrects it - with the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds and then put it back in and let the device reboot.
You can also try deleting the last couple apps and/or themes you loaded.
If all of this fails, do a security wipe which will delete everything and restore the device to its original condition - all data, apps, etc. will be removed. I hope you have a back up!
If none of this works, you will need to wipe the device with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and reload the OS (see the sticky at the top of the 8500 section). |
