Can someone help me please i have had this phone for about a year and never had any problems before. My network provider is T-Mobile UK. I have unlimited internet and texts. Here are the problems im having: 1.Phone very slow when i use my browser. 2 wifi has lost the green tick only have a white dash and now i can't connect. 3 Losing signal when im making a call. 4. Now and then i receive this message (protocol stack error) when i send a text then i have to resend the message. thanks in advance
