Every time I downloaded apps, I get" error starting,download module error, verify error. So I wiped out all the apps but the memory for apps was still full of deleted apps, so I deleted App World icon. I downloaded it again, pull out the battery but it always take me back to download. And I accidentally deleted downloads icon, how can I get it back. Please help

I just found out today I'm not the only one that lost my App world! I was able to get the icon back by pulling the battery,it accepted the upgrade after many tries but now it's stuck on that identity upgrade.I say yes but then it comes up error or upgrade failed try later,I almost put it up against a wall I was so frustrated! I went on Google to get advice thinking I'd done something wrong only to see MANY people saying exactly the same thing! What do we do now? They forced us to upgrade n now it doesn't work!!!
