Looking for some help about the service books on this model. I have been in contact with loads of people and no one can help me.. I have done the whole options and advanced options and there is no downloading accessible. Has anyone any other solutions. It is the Internet service book that is gone.
Or even if anyone know's a valid number for the help line in the UK.

Yes I do... I have been on to my service provider but just cant get in contact with Blackberry myself?

That's not the way it works. Individual consumers do not speak with RIM directly, they speak to their service providers.
