BB Curve 8520 stopped reading QR Codes
 

I have a Blackberry Curve 8520, and it used to read QR Codes just fine, with either the built in scanner, or any number of 3rd party apps (e.g. Mobile Tag).

Suddenly, about a week ago, it just stopped being able to scan and recognize any QR Code, even the simplest B/W standard version.

The camera is working... I can see the QR Code on the screen... but it will not longer recognize the pattern as a QR Code, when it used to just fine.

Any ideas? What could I even check for?

Did you drop the device or get it wet? Have you pulled the battery to reset the device?

No... and all other phone functions are fine.

I'm just trying to figure out what else I can check.
