Oops - what do I do?

Please help my 8520 displays "app error 523 reset" on screen and refuses to start. I have removed battery severally to restart but it still won't displaying same error code. Please help

Search "App error 523" as this has come up many times.
You will have to reload the handheld OS on your device.
