Your post isn't very descriptive. He wants you to have access to his mail, appointments, etc? Are you on a BES server as mentioned above? Do you have a Blackberry yourself receiving your email?

BTW welcome to the forums

If he was then he would be synched wirelessly already.

might want to look into third party vendor that offer BES server for a monthly fee as the cost of getting your own is pricey!

check the sponsors section

exchangemymail I believe is one of those that offers the service

BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) is the name of the middleware software package that is part of the BlackBerry wireless platform from Research In Motion.

BES connects to messaging and collaboration software (Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, Novell GroupWise) on enterprise networks to synchronize email and PIM information between desktop and mobile software.

So, lets say that by subscribing with ExchangeMyEmail, I would be able to send him the appts via email, and he would get them and be able to update his calendar without connecting to a pc? Did I get it right?

Yes, the BES server does everything wirelessly. If you schedule an appointment through your mail client (exchange, groupwise, Lotus Notes) He will receive it on his blackberry without having to connect it to the pc.

Use the link I provided above. It has all the information that you need. Think of it as BES lite for free.

It will not be available in English until next year. If you need a solution now download Blackberry Express. This is BES for one user free. https://www.blackberry.com/express/
