8707g device delete e-mails -

Hi,
We have several blackberrys with differetn types (8800,8100,8300 etc..) located on the same server and we are facing problem where only on the 8707 devices we have every 2 days the e-mails are being deleted only from the hanheld and only on the 8707 devices, we have talk to RIM and they said it isnt server issue as the e-mails are not being deleted on outlook as well, we talk to the carrier and they have replaced the devices several times and the same behaviour happenead again.
has anyone face this issue also ? any idea on how to resoulve it ?
w ehave removed all the un-neccesarry modules from the device like maps, help etc...
also the device O.S is 4.2.1.94
