Default Contacts not being updated using BES - 11-06-2007, 05:20 PM

Blackberry 8700c
OS: 4.2.196

When I edit a contact in outlook or add a new contact it does not synch up with my blackberry.

When I do the same on my blackberry it doesnt synch up with my Outlook.

Check your Wireless Sync setting.

Address Book > Options > Wireless Synchonization = ?

You might also inform your BES administrator of the problem.

Thanks But there is no Wireless Synch option Under Options.

I go to my Address book, click on the wheel and navigate to Options. The only things I see are..

- Sort By
- Confirm Delete
- Allow Duplicate Names
- Number of Entries

thanks

Well, that would be the problem.
Notify your BES admin and have them re-send your service books to you.

That's your calendar service book. Shouldn't have any effect on your address book issue.
Another service book to check for would be the Desktop [SYNC] service book.

Did you notify your BES admin yet?
