hey, i have a 8700 but im having a little trouble getting music (for a ringtone) on the handheld. I load up the device manager and click the media setting but then i receive an error saying something similar to "you must have device software 4.2 or higher to use the mange media setting".

Now heres where the problem is, my device maneger, on my computer, is 4.2 but my blackberry itself is on platform 4.1.0..... i can't find the upgrade to 4.2 anywhere. if someone could please tell me where i can find it or another method to obtain music on the device please tell me.
