Does anyone have a cingular or ATT account that does not mind unlocking my phone for me. I can give you the IMEI number. They apparently only allow ATT customers to unlock ATT phones and I dont have an account with them and I would like to avoid paying to unlock my phone if possible.

Can't be done, you must do yourself through your account, or purchase the services from a vendor.
