Default New BB owner need a quick crash course on what i need please - 11-08-2007, 05:26 PM

Hey first of many post i hope.Im a new BB owner and it is kind of overwhelming,what do i need to get the most out of my bb i have a 8700g(tmobile).What stuff do i need to download and everything eles,whats free and what do i need to pay extra.

Thank you so much,i am a quick learner so hopefully i can get this down quick and help some new bb owners in the future

hey im confused about the data plans for 8700g, how much do they cost and what is included and is the only way to get on the internet??

Also on the homepage below the clock it says edge between the battery and signal whats that mean?

Below that it says "data connection refused" whats that mean??

Thanks alot sorry for being so clueless

**I've merged these questions to one thread.**

With Tmobile, you need the $19.99 per/mo. Unlimited BlackBerry Data Plan.
Your homescreen will read Data Connection Refused until you get that added to your service.
