Default 8703e and Desktop Manager V4.3 - 11-28-2007, 09:43 PM

Using Media Manager I cannot transfer files, pictures or any media for that matter from my notebook to bb.

I read some posts on line suggesting that you have to enable mass storage on the bb for this to work? And of course I've looked inside and out of options on the bb to enable mass storage function. Can't find it ??

Should I uninstall desktop manager V4.3 and go back to dm V4.2 with service pack?

Thanks in advance!

Mass Storage mode is for devices with microSD memory cards. The 8703e does not.

What version of media manager should I be using? Using the media manager software I cannot see my bb device? I am running desktop manager V4.3 with bb 8703e and I'm not certain they are compatable?

I never use the media manager and load pics and ringtones all the time. I email them to myself and then save them. Occasionally I have to move them around and I use eFile (Dynoplex ... free). I don't have to hook up to the computer to do this.
