Are any of them gmail?

Are the all three setup properly in your BIS account, or are truly "forwarded" to your BlackBerry email (blackberry.net)?
Do all three cause the duplicates?

Hello,

you can resolve this issue by logging into BIS account, select edit on the email settings screen and from the reply to field, clear the email account and leave it blank.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think that will solve your problem. I think if someone replies to an email you sent, that is where the reply will go to.

I just want to double check your settings:

1) If all account was applied "forwarding", pls don't add any account in Blackberry's setting. (Otherwises, u'll got 2 mails in same, one from forwarding, one from blackberry)
