Does anyone have this software available? I have a user that is receiving an error (see below)

and cannot bypass this error.

We have tried upgrading to 4.2.x Desktop Software to no avail...

Have you tried the Desktop Manager 4.3? I run it and it is quite an improvement over their previous versions.

And in the pull down menu it list every desktop manager version 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 and on.

Just a follow up in the event someone else gets this error.

I tried above and was unable to bypass the error. What I wound up doing was deleting his local profile from his PC, after doing a backup of his favs, email seetings etc, then had him log back on to recreate his profile. Issue was gone.
