Is there any 3rd party apps that I can use to raise the volume of the speaker so I can hear Ringtones better? On high Ringtones and even some Ive made myself that I boosted up to be louder arent that loud.

Not at the moment - I was going to suggest editing tones yourself but it appears that you've done so.

Sorry but at the moment I personally have yet to see an app to increase ringtone volume.
