Since obtaining my blackberry it's worked perfectly on 2 accounts, one hotmail and one work (via OWA) and I have been able to delete messages on the work one and them be deleted on the server (ie on screen) shortly afterwards,

For a few weeks now, when I go to delete a msg it says 'delete item' whereas for the hotmail a/c it still asks if I want to 'delete on handheld or on server' - how do I get this back for the work a/c?

I have resent service books, but no change.

In the message options for that account, go to email reconcilliation and make sure that the 'Delete On' field is set to Prompt.
