Question help? - 02-09-2008, 04:37 PM

I have a BB 8700 with att service and have a few questions.

1. Is there any way to filter the email that gets sent to the phone? I have BIS. Looking for ways to filter spam.

2. My BB is running VERY slow. It seems to be bogging down no matter what I'm using it for. I am running 4.2 and using a today theme.

3. Where can I buy a new case for the phone... mine is getting scratched up pretty bad and even has dust on the inside of the screen.

Thanks in Advance

1) go into your BIS account, select the email you want and click filters
2) go to options > status and post your file free
3) Official RIM BlackBerry Accessories Store - Mobile phone accessory,Batteries,Headsets,Chargers,Cases,Holste rs,Handsfree, travel gear,Cell Phone,7510,7280,7230,7750,6710,7210 for OEM cases from RIM

att BIS loging is www.cingular.com/blackberrystart
Have you done a battery pull to see if that clears up your lag issue? your free memory seems fine at the moment, it may be dropping during use. Also, when the device lags, what applications are running at the time? go to the main screen hit menu > switch application. should only have 5 apps running.

there are 9 running...messages, options, home screen, phone, address book, browser, media, bb messenger, push to talk.

I don't use the bb messenger or the push to talk, so I don't know how or why they are running
