Default Enterprise activation - 02-11-2008, 01:42 PM

I have some users that use the Cingular 8700 BB. We are switched them from BES to AT&Ts BB email serivce and now we are going to switch them to Appriver's BES. It seems that my older Nextel BBs have then Enterpise Activation option right where the notes say it will be. The newer 8700s don't have that option. I had them go to Options--> Enterprise Activation. It seems there is no Enterpise Activation listed under options. Now these are remote users and i have not seen what they are looking at but is there any other place Enterpise Activation could be located? Thanks for your help.

Welcome to BB Forums!

Have you looked under Options -> Advanced -> Enterprise Activation?
