Default VERIZON 8703e HELP!!!! - 02-16-2008, 01:11 AM

How come everytime I send a ringtone to my phone and try to retrieve it, it says "UNRECOGNIZED DOCUMENT FORMAT"... I tried this with MP3 files, what file type works for this BlackBerry?

Also emailing the mp3 will not work. Use Desktop Manager > Media Manager to load songs onto the device.

i dont have the USB Cable so does that mean it's impossible to use the Desktop Manager > Media Manager??

you can use bluetooth to sync but usb cable is required for everythiung else

Did you get the phone used? The USB cable comes standard with the device.

Even if you've lost it, there's nothing special about it. It's a standard mini-USB cable.
