Default My Last Verizon 8703e Problem?!?!? - 02-16-2008, 02:29 PM

I think once I figure this problem out, I will have everything situated.. I hope so lol! Anyways, so I found me a USB Cable laying around, I thought I had to use a "specific" one that's why I was asking earlier. But when I hooked the USB cord and the Blackberry Phone to the laptop, it says something about INSTALLING AN INSTALLATION CD.. I don't have that.. so is there a way I can get the software on here or anything?

not a problem. make sure to follow the instructions on the OS upgrade. It will require a deletion of a file from your PC, but its all very straightforward. If you get stuck try this How do I upgrade the OS on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ.com
