Exclamation Starting over and over again - 02-21-2008, 03:33 PM

Hello
I need help fast!!
My BlackBerry 8700 is starting and starting over and over again!!
When I put the Battery in, the red LED is coming on then it disappears and then the screen is showing the sand glass turning around for a couple seconds and then it starts again and again and again……….HHEEELLLPPP!!
Dos anybody has an Idea!!!!
I tried to reset whit ALT-CAP-DEL it doesn’t work and I also tried to hard reset it!!

welcome to the forums. sounds like you need to wipe/reload the OS on the device.

Hopefully you have a backup. You will need to wipe the BB and reload the Operating system.
