I have the facebook icon on my phone and I don't want it there. How do I remove it?

If you haven't installed the application for it yet do the following:
Hide the icon first.
Then go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book
Remove the service book for the icon.
Each time you reboot however it will load it again, this is why you hid the icon first.
