Well, like I said before I am new to this BUT surfing the web on mobile is not what I expected. Like if you go to a shopping channel. you don't see the images like on a computer> Am I doing something wrong or is this how it is. Thank you again for all your help here

From the browser, open menu and select options > browser configuration. Look around in there and set things the way you want. Look at the images setting and make sure that is set to show images on wml and html pages. Otherwise, could just be web page, especially if you see images on other pages. You won't get same browsing experience as with browser on a PC.
You may want to search for Opera Mini and install. It presents a layout for some web pages. Otherwise, you can tinker with your BB Browser settings some:
