I was trying to update my phone last night- and I found some new themes that I liked. On gemblock.com. Well I didnt read it very closely - and it said you need OS V 4.2.1 on your phone. I didnt I had 4.1 Well the theme downloaded in my phone- and now any time I put in the battery and turn it on the hour glass comes up with a white screen then shuts off. And the red light indicators goes on. It's been doing this for 15 hours... and nothing else. The administrator for the website said to Download the new OS version on my pc for my phone. Well I tried- I went and dloaded a couple different versions (I have a cingular phone- but use tmobile service- so i cant get the download off of cingugarl) Anywyas- it does not even recognize the connection in the desktop manager when the phone is connected to the computer Is there anything I can do???? Can i get this fixed? I've been through so much with even getting this phone I am so stressed out... someone please help I don't know what to do.
