Smile Enterprise Activation - 04-07-2008, 10:15 AM

We are trying to perform the enterprise activation on the BB device. The BES is for MDS services. We have configured the IMAP settings. When we click activate from the device, encryption verification is happening, services are not getting transffered from the server to the device. The device shows "waiting for services...." message and then times out. What could be the issue?

Thanks in advance

Exclamation Still problems.. - 04-08-2008, 07:27 AM

The server logs shows "User Activated in BES". But in the bb device, after showing the " waiting for sevices " message for some time , we are getting "Server not responding , Contact Administrator "message. Not able to figure out the problem ....??????

Try performing a security wipe on the handheld. BlackBerry | vince-ma.com has instructions on how to do this. If that does not work, try sending a PIN message to another handheld to make sure that the handheld can talk on the BlackBerry network. Also, make sure that you are in an area that has good coverage.
