STILL HAVING TROUBLE REMOVING THE PHONE APLICATION FROM THE OUR 8703e BLACKBERRY'S WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING WE CAN AND STILL NO LUCK ANYONE HAVE ANY MORE IDEAS

Hell Dan--typing in ALL CAPS on the internet is bad eitquette... akin to YELLING.

Are you on a BES? You need to be, in order to push down a "no phone" policy.

why don't you have your employees sign a policy that states no phone calls from the devices, if they violate it, they get fired...
