Default Options and Settings missing in 8700 BB - 04-20-2008, 06:37 AM

Hi,

Something strange just happened with my 8700. The "options" icon gone missing in my BB after the enterprise activation and later changing to one of the preinstalled themes. I used to have it as an icon, now it is no longer there, meaning I can't even change to a different theme. What should I do and how should I go back to the previous themes or setups?

Thanks

You clicked your track wheel in and clicked "show all"
and you do not see it?

Some themes hide it in a newly created utilities folder on home screen, did you click in and look there?

Also, when you change themes the icons could be different...the options icon in one theme is a wrench, but in the theme I am using right now, I can't even tell what it is. Have you put your cursor over all your icons to see what they are? Also, if you have your "dial from home screen" setting turned off, you can just use the hotkeys to navigate...just press the O key for options.

Great
Click on that icon and choose "hide" which will unhide it.
