I changed out batteries on my 8700c today and a strange icon i have never seen before appeared underneath the EDGE and signal strength. It looks like a small I with a yellow just above it and to the right.

Any way you can take a screen pic? Search for BBScreen here...that's what I use for screen pics (easy and works great).

What 3rd party apps do you have installed? Maybe it's a notification of some sort for one of those.
