Default blackberry noob - 05-09-2008, 06:55 PM

hi i recently got a blackberry 8700 i really like it but recently it started shutting off has my phone rings which is realy frustrating i dont know why it does that, and i got a handsfree ear piece which worked fine the first week but now i cant hear anymore it keeps cutting off so i dont know wat to do

I would try a new battery unless the status shows full. If it shuts off when it rings which draws a lot of power it may be the issue. Also make sure the connections are clean, maybe vibration is causing a bad connection to reset the unit.

ill try to leave it on ring only to see if it will still happends , can it be something with the software ?? and why isnt my handsfree working it worked fine the first week i had it , then it kept cutting off, i thought it was the ear piece so i exchanged it, but its still the same.
