Default Can't import cac card certs to blackberry - 05-20-2008, 01:02 PM

I have been installing the new RIM blackberry CAC reader on the Verizon 8703e primarily. I have been doing pretty good with them until I ran across a new error that noone has seen. I am at the part where you insert the CAC card into the reader and pair the two after enabling bluetooth. Then when I get to the part where I need to import the certs, the option isnt in the blackberry menu option.. (i.e options>security options>certificates>scroll-wheel>import certs). I'm sure it has something to do with software but i have wiped the device, removed all instances of the software, and reloaded but I'm still unable to get this option. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest that you contact RIM customer service. They are very good at providing support.
