Default 8703e Forced to Nuke. Where is OS for Verizon? - 05-23-2008, 04:20 PM

I have a 8703e I had to nuke because of an error associated with someone tweaking with the themes. Anyhow, I need to download the OS for it and I cant find it.

Currently, at Verizon's request I am download the Desktop Manager 4.2 SP 2.

They say this is the OS? But im not convinced. I read the thread on here and I started downloading the Sprint OS that was given in the sticky and it seems based on the responses that this should work. So I am trying this.

But I was sure if anyone knew where I could look to see it say perfectly:

8703e Verizon OS (download here)

Right now I feel like I may be following a work around that isn't officially how its done. Or I could be dead wrong, anyhow let me know I would appreciate it.

Mike
