I was wondering if anyone has had a problem like this. This was a support ticket one of my users sent me.

"The BB 8703e gives me the "verifying security software" nearly everytime i try to access the internet or send/receive emails. I does seem to work if the battery is completely charged, otherwise it nearly always runs the scan. And once it starts this verifying process, it will run it over and over."

Any suggestions?

I have never run into this. You could try manually verifying the security software by going to options > security options > general settings >press the trackwheel and select verify security. It should come back as Security Test Passed.

Have you tried a battery pull?
