Whenever I sync my BB to Outlook 2003, the category lists are syncing but none of the addresses are showing up in the categories. I checked the settings in the desktop software, and everything appears to be in order.
Any suggestions? Please help!

In the address book, hit the menu key and choose filter - you should see a list of category check boxes you can use to reduce the total visible directory list size.
