I have a blackberry 8700 cingular recently i got the BB unlocked to use with multiple carriers but the problem is now i want to update to the OS 4.2.
first of all i dont know how to do it
other than that i would like to know if i update the OS will my BB stop suporting the multiple carriers?

If you update the OS it will work on the multiple carriers still
