Hi! i have a BB8700 from Tmobile that runs a V4.2.1.107 software and V4.3 desktop manager. I recently have been experiencing a problem with the cell constantly turning off whenever I use my Jawbone for no longer than 10 mins. After a cold reboot it resumes only to go out again. What is funny! When the phone is being charged I have NO problems using the BT. I've have contacted Tmobile several times which has came to NO avail, and frankly speaking I'm at my at last resort-throwing the phone against the facking wall. I've erased and reinstalled the apps so many times i can't remember, yet the problem still persist. Any help plz! Show me some BB love. Thx!

What apps have you erased and reloaded so many times? Can you give any detail about what you have done?

How old is the battery, and the BB? Did you buy it new?

Ever since I purchased the phone brand new from a tmobile store roughly 2yrs ago, I haven't changed the battery. The problem started persisting after pairing the phone with my BT for which I called tmobile. Upon their advice, I was asked to erase all data and reinstall it using the application loader; persumably tmobile thought the problem stemmed from a glitch in the software. Other than performing a cold reboot and reinstalling the software, nothing else. And no I don't think the facking wall shall fix it. LOL.
