Hi, I'm italian. I have purchased a 8700R from US some month ago.
I have found a problem with my microphone after some communications with my BB. In any telephone communications the BB volume was very low on telephone of my interlocutor.
Is there some solution or not? Do I must change the microphone on my BB?

they got videos on u tube.. hope u got access to that.. search on youtube disassemble blackberry and model # of urs..

Yes, but the disassemble video isn't in high definition, dou you have a HD version?
